We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our housekeeping
team as Housekeeping Houseperson. We are committed to providing you with:

As a Housekeeping Houseperson, you'll lead and support the housekeeping team to
ensure our guest rooms and public areas are consistently clean, safe, and
welcoming. You'll play a hands-on role in maintaining service standards,
supporting your team, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

As Housekeeping Houseperson, you create a welcoming, clean environment where
guests feel cared for. You handle concerns with professionalism and follow
through to ensure resolution.

For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range
for the position is $22.59 per hour; for applicants who will be working in New
York, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $22.59 per hour.
The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several
factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the
job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location,
etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated
herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.

Requirements

• Dependable and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to lift to 100 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable using cleaning products and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants may include taking supplies directly to room attendants.
• Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors. Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors.
• Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned by Housekeeping Houseperson.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
