The Inspector ensures standards are met by auditing guest rooms, public areas, and amenities for cleanliness and safety. OVERVIEW: The Inspector verifies that rooms are properly prepared for arrivals, reports maintenance issues, monitors staff performance, and ensures compliance with brand standards to maintain a positive guest experience. JOB SUMMARY: Inspect guest rooms following highest quality standards Verifies that rooms and residences are staged and prepared for guest arrival Reports maintenance needs accordingly Monitors and helps with the creation of daily housekeeping boards/assignments Assists with performing inventory of linen and supplies Ensures employees are using/handling cleaning chemicals safely On occasion and during off season will be required to clean rooms
