A unique, art-filled hotel with 124 rooms in downtown Nashville; The Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton sits just steps away from the honky honks and live music on Broadway. This is a great opportunity to work for a Hilton Corporate managed hotel in Nashville leading a Housekeeping team of up to 10 driven Team Members per shift. Ideal Candidates will have: At least 2 years of Housekeeping Management experience Proven leadership experience in housekeeping or hotel operations. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong organizational and communication skills. Team leader willing to coach, train, and mentor the team Shift Pattern: Candidate are required to have an Open Availability throughout the week. Weekends and Holidays are required.
