In this role, you will assist with refurbishment of instruments, preventative maintenance activities, and system configuration tasks under the guidance of experienced service professionals. You will also observe troubleshooting workflows and support service-related operational activities that help maintain instrument performance and customer readiness.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline
  • Basic understanding of technical or mechanical systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Basic technical aptitude and interest in hands-on instrumentation work

Responsibilities

  • Assist with refurbishment of instrumentation used for demonstrations or warranty exchange programs
  • Support preventative maintenance activities under supervision
  • Assist with instrument configuration and system setup tasks
  • Support minor troubleshooting inquiries via email or phone under guidance of service staff
  • Observe and document instrument control workflows and data integration processes
  • Assist with system deployment support and related service activities as needed
