About The Position

Payroll processing- timekeeing Alphabetizes and files documents into our file cabinet system Scans and organizes employee documents onto computer according to subject matter, etc. Shreds scanned documents after completing necessary verifications Assists as needed with audits, ranging from bills to employee information Records performance, incidents, and attendance into employee overviews. Tracking documents before organizing them within Excel Performs other evolving Microsoft Office and HRIS duties/projects as assigned
