Citizens Savings Bank, a local Community Bank, is seeking to hire a Full Time Human Resources Administrator. Citizens Savings Bank is a locally owned and operated community bank headquartered in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. We have six branch offices located throughout Lackawanna, Monroe and Wayne County. As a Human Resources Administrator your primary responsibilities will include: This position will be responsible for maintaining and administering all HRIS systems, all benefit and retirement plan administration, COBRA & retiree administration, health & wellness programs, recruitment and onboarding, compensation management, recognition programs, employee programs, Leaves of Absences including FMLA compliance. Position will assist in managing ACA, Affirmative Action, EEO, OSHA compliance and all regulatory reporting. This position must ensure all benefit plans and programs are administered and reported accurately, timely, and in accordance with all applicable laws and policies. This position performs a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of personnel records and reporting. Assists with payroll, research, analysis, design, maintenance, and reporting as it pertains to Human Resources functions. Responsible for oversight of the departments’ compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures.
