This position is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, supporting the plant and working with regional and corporate team members to ensure alignment of, and compliance with, local and corporate goals and objectives. This position carries out responsibilities in employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy application/implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, employment law compliance, and environmental health, and safety.
