The HR Assistant supports daily operations within the Human Resources department by performing administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR programs, and providing general support to employees. This role ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes and helps maintain a positive employee experience across the organization.
