About this role In this role you will report into Director HRBP Group Functions and work jointly with Senior Group HRBP for your assigned functions within the Corporate + Commercial team. You will closely collaborate with senior leaders in the functions, playing a critical role in driving the global HR Roadmap and functional people priorities, translating it into actionable initiatives which drive meaningful value to the business outcomes, whilst aligning to the overall Global HR strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with experience supporting a business function within a fast growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing & improving HR policies & practices, partnering with managers, ensuring a great employee experience. Requirements

  • Comfortable to navigate in an international and matrix HR environment, having worked in partnership with HR CoEs
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders within thе organisation;
  • An analytical mindset, to shape and influence people outcomes and business decisions;
  • Understanding of Legal frameworks and HR impact collaborating with employment lawyers;
  • Excellent communication and listening skills;
  • Problem solving skills: The ability to analyse situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions;
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and staying organised in an ever changing organisation;

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in an international company is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementing the global HR roadmap and key functional People Priorities for the functions in scope
  • Drive talent management deeper in the organization and coach senior leaders
  • Act as a change agent, supporting management teams solve organization, people & change-related matters
  • Leverage people data to provide insights and trends to inform decision making and support improvement to the HR service and procedures
  • Ensuring duty of care as a responsible employer across all policies and procedures and proactively work to minimise people risk
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations issues and provide domain expertise and input on relevant HR Business Partnering projects.
  • Identify functional HR service needs, utilize people data to improve service and decision-making, and collaborate with the wider HR network to drive and deliver the People Plans effectively.
