As an HR Business Partner, you serve as a trusted partner to a portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to their organizational and people challenges. You excel at context switching, leading HR projects from diagnosis through implementation, and delivering high-quality HR services that drive business results. You are comfortable building HR policies and programs from the ground up and thrive in environments where structure is still evolving. Highly flexible and organized, you build strong relationships and communicate with the executive presence to confidently advise CEOs and senior leaders. You bring a solutions-oriented mindset and are energized by solving complex people challenges across a variety of client environments and industries. Strong HR employment law and employee relations knowledge across multiple states – including New York and California – is preferred. Experience managing and processing payroll is highly desirable. You have a proven ability to guide organizations, leaders, and teams through change with clarity and confidence.
