About The Position

The HR CO-OP / Intern will be working hand in hand with the Head of HR for a Summer, working on the implementation of a new HRIS, as well as creating a Performance Appraisal cycle, followed by Merit allocation process.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program such as Human Resources or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Total Rewards within the HR functions.
  • Basic technology knowledge, understanding HR back office of Compensation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred.
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in the Total Rewards field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS usage.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
