About The Position

The HR Compliance Coordinator provides part-time and temporary HR administrative support to all Shake Shack employees with a focus on Form I-9, Social Security Verifications, HR data accuracy, and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to always maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of Form I-9 and labor laws.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in HRIS &report tracking systems preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree – Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supports E-Verify process for new hires
  • Supports Social Security Administration mismatch process
  • Ensure Form I-9 reverifications are completed timely
  • Supports other HR administrative duties as needed
