About The Position

The HR Compliance Coordinator provides part-time and temporary HR administrative support to all Shake Shack employees with a focus on Form I-9, Social Security Verifications, HR data accuracy, and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Strong organization skills.
Demonstrated ability to always maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of Form I-9 and labor laws.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-3 years of experience

Nice To Haves

Knowledge in HRIS &report tracking systems preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field

Responsibilities

Supports E-Verify process for new hires
Supports Social Security Administration mismatch process
Ensure Form I-9 reverifications are completed timely
Supports other HR administrative duties as needed
