We are looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. You will serve as the EVP ambassador ensuring a white glove candidate experience for executive level candidates. You will be responsible for recruiting support including processing hires, managing the pre-employment process, handling confidential candidate information, and interfacing with leaders as you schedule interviews. You will also process candidate expense reports and provide administrative support for vendor invoices for Talent Acquisition. It takes a process-oriented person with a high level of business acumen to handle the details in a fast-paced environment.
