Black Diamond Group’s Human Resources department has a full-time position for an HR Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager, HR Business Services, the HR Coordinator will be the face of HR for our new and growing Scottsdale, AZ office . Working under the direction of HR leadership, this role supports a wide range of activities across our core HR functions — including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, and general HR administration. This role supports the broader Black Diamond Group HR team and is based out of LodgeLink’s U.S. Head Office (LodgeLink is a company of Black Diamond Group). The ideal candidate is a proactive, people-first HR professional who thrives in a fast-growing environment and enjoys being the go-to HR partner for employees while supporting core HR programs and processes.
