In This Role, You Will: Serve as a helpful point of contact for employees with questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communications. Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, credentialing, and required hiring documentation. Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a welcoming and compliant start for new employees. Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners in employee relations matters and follow-up activities. Maintain employee records, training documentation, licensure tracking, and HR files in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements. Assist with HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, surveys, recognition events, and workforce development activities. Help prepare HR reports, support audits, and ensure accurate tracking of workforce metrics and compliance documentation. Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping review to ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing. Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations while maintaining proper documentation and compliance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups of employees.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and other HR systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • healthcare experience is a plus.
