The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding, employment eligibility compliance (I-9), and managing the HR ticketing system. This position ensures a positive candidate and employee experience while maintaining accurate records and compliance with federal and state regulations. The HR Coordinator works closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR leadership to support high-volume hiring in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
