About The Position

Partners with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions within Red Rock Behavioral Health Services. Develops and executes staffing strategies and serves as an integral member of the Red Rock BHS Human Resources team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience managing full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates and working in a high-volume environment
  • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Patient, communicative team player who is detail-oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented individual with a sense of urgency balanced with quality work
  • Excellent organization skills Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
  • Strong computer and technical skills
  • Commitment to the mission of Red Rock BHS

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with behavioral health related positions is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manages full-cycle recruiting process to source, recruit and hire qualified professionals
  • Partners with hiring managers to identify key requirements for each role
  • Develops a pool of qualified candidates
  • Reviews and screens qualified candidates
  • Facilitates interview process and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Drives offer process, which includes, generating and extending offer letters
  • Provides excellent applicant and internal customer management service
  • Develops and maintains relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
  • Establishes and maintains excellent employee relations within the organization
  • Partners with the HR Director and managers on staffing strategies and planning
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality
  • Assists with special projects as needed
  • Performs other duties as required
