Quick Release office (our sister company). Responsible for compliance, reporting and overall employee support including the HR ticketing system for ALTEN. This includes AAP, EEO, CA Pay Data, VETS, etc. Ensure compliance with general state laws. Lead our MVR program and compliance. Provide employee support and customer service to the organization. Assist with employee change processing and be a backup for HR orientation. Offer letter approvals and signing.

Requirements

  • 3 yrs + experience in an HR position (HR specialist, HR generalist, HR coordinator.)
  • Compliance experience including state reporting as well as government reporting required.
  • College degree required
  • Process development and implementation experience.
  • Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly.
  • Professional and well spoken. Great communicator. Experience with organization communication.

  • SHRM certification preferred
