The People Partner (HR Generalist) plays a critical role in supporting employee relations, HR operations, and policy execution across the organization. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, providing day-to-day HR support while partnering closely with senior People & Culture leadership to ensure employee issues are addressed consistently, thoughtfully, and in alignment with company values and legal requirements. This position supports North America and APAC People & Culture needs, with a primary focus on employee relations, exit processes, and policy support, and collaborates closely with People & Culture leadership in those regions.
