JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) & Operations Manager works closely with the Associate Vice President of Human Resources with responsibility for providing operational and technical leadership and support to the HR Operations team, which is accountable for ensuring all employees inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, timely manner. The HRIS & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing HRIS/ERP systems and technologies, leading process improvement initiatives and leading projects within the department. The HRIS & Operations Manager establishes and communicates the required performance levels and service standards to ensure productivity meets or exceeds service and quality standards
