EXALTA is seeking a process-driven and people-minded Manager of HR Operations to build the operational foundation that powers our scaling people function. This role sits at the intersection of policy, process, and employee experience — responsible for integrating and elevating how HR works across the organization. You will own the design and execution of HR processes, policies, and practices that create consistency, compliance, and clarity for our employees and managers. As we undergo a full HR integration, your ability to lead through complexity while keeping the employee experience at the center will be essential.
