About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to support payroll administration, HR systems management, and employee onboarding processes for a growing healthcare organization of approximately 500 employees. This role plays a key operational function within the HR team by ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining HR systems integrity, and supporting benefits and onboarding workflows. The position will serve as the internal resource for payroll and ADP system questions and work closely with leadership and our external HR service partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage bi-weekly payroll processing through ADP in coordination with our HR services partner
  • Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve employee payroll questions or pay issues
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Serve as the internal ADP subject matter expert
  • Support system troubleshooting, data integrity, and reporting needs
  • Assist leadership and managers with ADP questions related to payroll and employee data
  • Help maintain system configurations and support ongoing system improvements
  • Manage new hire onboarding from a payroll and HRIS setup perspective
  • Ensure employee data is accurately entered and maintained in HR systems
  • Coordinate with leadership to maintain documentation and employee records
  • Coordinate employee benefit enrollments and changes with external benefits brokers
  • Assist employees with basic benefit enrollment questions
  • Ensure benefit deductions are properly reflected in payroll
