About The Position

The Program Manager supports programming within the Learning & Development (L&D) vertical of the ABA’s Human Resources department. The primary focus is on Learning & Development operations, with additional responsibility for supporting select HR programs and initiatives. The role is responsible for the administration and management of the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, tracking, reporting, and system maintenance. This position also manages logistics for all L&D classes and programs, ensuring seamless execution and positive participant experience. In addition, the role oversees the distribution and management of employee surveys and prepares dashboards and reports for HR and organizational leadership. The position works closely with the Vice President, Learning, Engagement & HR Communications and the Vice President, Learning & Development to support broader HR initiatives, including the Intern Program and Leadership Development programs. This role collaborates across the HR team on projects that advance ABA’s commitment to maintaining a Great Place to Work, supporting employee engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness. This is a seasonal, fixed-term position expected to last through August 2026.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4-8 years’ experience with HR programs, exposure to and interest in Learning and Development preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in technology should include, Microsoft Office (advanced expertise with Excel and PowerPoint), HRIS (preferably Workday), survey administration (Qualtrics preferred)
  • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high performing environment.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Out of the box, creative thinker with the ability to be innovative in approach.
  • Hands on Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Workday LMS, including loading classes, tracking enrollment, and reporting.
  • Manage logistical support for all L&D sessions including vendor access for classes, catering, classroom setup, attendance, staff reminders, etc.
  • Work with other ABA Departments to manage enterprise-wide compliance training (loading, tracking, and reporting).
  • Administer training and development surveys to assess the efficacy of all training and development programs in collaboration with HR team members, and other special survey requests.
  • Support the intern program, including all logistical support needed throughout the summer, catering, communications, surveys, etc.
  • Works closely with VP Learning, Engagement & HR Communications and HR Specialist.
  • Processing of invoicing as needed.
  • Manage and support special projects as needed.
