About The Position

HR Project Manager Description - Role Overview This role serves as the central hub for governance, project integration, and risk management across all workstreams of a project(s). You will drive alignment, ensure disciplined execution, and provide clear, executive-ready storytelling that links delivery to strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 6-10 years of experience in multiple HR functions and/or a generalist role.
  • Typically has experience designing and/or implementing HR programs globally or within a large business unit.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong project management and process development skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Structured communicator
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including competency in financial analysis

Responsibilities

  • Project Integration & Execution:
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource alignment.
  • Drive alignment across workstreams to ensure disciplined execution and delivery against objectives.
  • Lead project syncs that enable effective decision‑making, follow‑through, and issue resolution.
  • Governance & Stakeholder Management:
  • Establish and uphold the project governance framework and operating model.
  • Lead governance forums, including Steering Committees and Executive Sponsor sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders and functional leaders.
  • Risk, Issue & Performance Management:
  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
  • Maintain end‑to-end visibility into scope, progress, and impacts.
  • Coordinate financial and operational information throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Benefits & Continuous Improvement:
  • Own project‑level benefits and savings tracking, ensuring accuracy and avoiding double counting.
  • Provide transparent reporting on benefits realization.
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project management processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Transformation & Change Enablement:
  • Partner with the Management of Change lead to integrate change activities into project planning and execution.
  • Support adoption and execution across impacted stakeholder groups.
  • Capabilities & Experience:
  • Contributes to new ideas, methods, and process improvements.
