Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (required)
  • 10+ years of HR operations or HRIS experience, including system implementation leadership
  • Experience with Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
  • Deep knowledge of payroll, benefits, HR compliance, and HR technology best practices
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

  • Legal firm or professional services experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead HRIS strategy, vendor evaluation, implementation, testing, and launch
  • Oversee payroll and benefits systems, integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Optimize cross functional workflows to improve accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain HR processes, policies, forms, and documentation
  • Build dashboards and analytics for HR, Finance, and leadership insights
  • Drive change management, communication, and training for new systems and tools
