We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to manage, support, and optimize our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role is responsible for ensuring accurate HR data management, system reliability, and compliance while providing technical expertise to support HR operations, system enhancements, and business acquisitions. The HRIS Analyst will work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and third-party providers to maintain system integrity, lead implementations and upgrades, and support end users across the organization. This role also serves as a key contributor to payroll-related initiatives focused on accuracy, timeliness, and service quality.
