We are currently seeking a full- time HRIS Analyst to join our Corporate IT team. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting and leading HRIS projects/initiatives, system upgrades and new system or business implementations. Liaisons with HRIS vendor and other internal departments to configure, test and implement system functionality and upgrades. Works with field-based contract management to provide workforce analysis. Work with and recommend reporting options based on analysis needs requested by Corporate departments, as well as field operations Recommend, create and analyze trend reports and other analytics outcomes for various HR areas Create, maintain, and update reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools i.e. Cognos BI Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data Apply understanding and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles Advance the end user experience by providing reporting that includes high-quality visual resources, easily interpreted data and accurate results Support the expansion of dashboard development i.e. turnover dashboards Serve as liaison between vendor and requesting department to set-up and manage external file feeds/transfers Participate in yearly compliance reporting requirements i.e. ACA, EEO Works closely with other HR functions, such as Benefits, to support their use of the HRIS to increase efficiency and accuracy Update internal HR processes Other duties as assigned
