In this position as a Human Capital Management Senior Analyst, you will: Serves as the agency's primary point of contact for class plan proposals, coordinating revisions and supporting the development of draft classification specifications Assist in the creation, interpretation, and implementation of human resources program policies Support and help oversee the agency's applicant selection process Consistently utilize Recruit system to post vacant positions, screen applications, and communicate with candidates Participate in interview panels at the request of hiring managers Coordinate the applicant assessment process (e.g. coordinate subject matter experts (SME) for job analysis Collaborate with SME's and Organizational Assessment Research Analyst to develop test questions and scoring rubrics, and proctor examinations as needed
