As a central part of the corporate human resources function, you will provide wide-ranging administrative support to the functional group as well as general office management duties at the IDEAL corporate office in Sycamore, IL. You will have regular interactions with peers, employees, leadership and vendors. Provide insights for process improvement and efficiencies. This role has breadth and requires high detail orientation and self-motivation.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in human resources, recruiting, and applicant tracking systems are desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills and strong detail orientation are musts.

Responsibilities

  • Learn assigned tasks and apply functional knowledge of business processes to provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Corporate Human Resources teams.
  • Prepare recruiting reports and process invoices.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support campus recruitment efforts and IDEAL’s intern program.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential communications.
  • Manage documentation and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Support a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process ensuring a smooth hand-off to division HR for onboarding.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable laws and organizational policies.
  • Timely documentation of all communications and updates within the applicant tracking system.
  • General office duties to include delivering packages, processing incoming and outgoing mail, stocking and ordering office supplies, ensuring printers have paper, etc.
