About The Position

The Turnberry corporate summer internship program offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience with a well-established South Florida company. The program is intended to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. Interns will gain exposure to senior leadership, work on meaningful projects, participate in learning and development opportunities, and join in networking and social events with other Team Members and fellow interns. The internship will be in person at our Aventura Mall corporate office beginning in May and ending in August. Interns will work full-time 40 hours per week during the 10-week program. The Human Resources Analyst Intern (this is a PAID program) will have the opportunity to work across HR systems, analytics, and operations. Responsibilities may include:

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate student with relevant work experience and/or coursework in a related field.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule over 12 weeks (about 3 months) for the internship period starting in May.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to the Corporate Office.
  • Demonstrates dependability when following instructions, responding to management direction, and completing tasks in a timely manner or notifying the appropriate person with an alternate plan.
  • Prior internship experience within a related field.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Relevant coursework or prior experience related to the internship field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; highly data‑driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, programming languages, and design software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country where the internship is located.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ADP or another Human Capital Management system is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day‑to‑day administration of ADP.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts by researching system issues and partnering with HR and IT teams to resolve them.
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and periodic upgrade activities.
  • Document HRIS workflows, processes, procedures, and job aids.
  • Run standard HR, payroll, and timekeeping reports.
  • Analyze, clean, and audit HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Manipulate datasets using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Support ad‑hoc data requests from HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other teams.
  • Assist in maintaining reporting templates and HRIS documentation.
  • Support automation, compliance, and process‑improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct research on HR technology trends and recommend enhancements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration guides, testing steps, and technical best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and improve user experience.
  • Assist with onboarding‑related system tasks and training resources.
  • Support benefits and timekeeping audits, eligibility reviews, and reporting.
  • Respond to basic employee and manager questions regarding system navigation.
