Position Summary We are seeking an Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Development team. Under the guidance of the Vice President of Human Development, this role plays a key part in supporting member development, training coordination, onboarding, and engagement initiatives across multiple locations. This position partners closely with leaders and members to help identify skill needs, maintain training systems, and support programs that enhance performance, engagement, and retention. The role also provides broad HR support, including onboarding, recruiting, internal advancement, and HRIS administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related role preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems preferred (Paycom experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to support all production shifts and multiple locations.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Training, Development & Learning Systems Partner with leaders to assess skills, training needs, and development gaps across roles.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of skills matrices and training plans.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and support internal training programs, orientations, and on‑the-job training.
  • Research best practices related to training, learning, and employee development.
  • Onboarding, Progression & Engagement Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities to ensure a positive and consistent member experience.
  • Assist with internal progressions, promotions, and career development initiatives, advocating for internal talent growth.
  • Participate in planning and coordination of engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
  • Support internal communications related to training, development, and member engagement.
  • HR Operations & Collaboration Assist with recruiting activities including resume review, interview scheduling, offer letter preparation, and onboarding setup.
  • Maintain accurate training and employee records within the HRIS (Paycom).
  • Serve as a resource for members regarding development opportunities and benefit‑related questions.
  • Support the Human Development team with additional HR responsibilities and projects as needed.
  • Promote and model Radius’ Guiding Principles in all interactions.
  • Compliance, Safety & Quality Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Follow all safety policies and support safe work practices.
  • Comply with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality requirements as applicable.
