About The Position

Property management company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team! This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting people, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative HR department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience preferred
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity, a plus)
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Professional, positive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Team player who enjoys supporting a people-focused workplace

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, job offer letters, employment screening
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and employee orientations
  • Maintain employee records and support HR compliance efforts
  • Help administer benefits, leave tracking, and training requirements
  • Serve as backup support for payroll when needed
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources
  • Assist with employee relations matters, audits, and company initiatives
