The HR Associate II provides support for the Compliance functions to include policies and procedures, benefit and wellness program, workplace accommodations, compensation & classification, and employee/labor relations. This role provides specialized administrative support to the functional specialists with regard to tasks, processes, and projects, to ensure timely, accurate and compliant processing of HR Compliance functions. This position has a high level of interaction with the campus community and external stakeholders and requires utmost adherence of confidentiality for all employee records and sensitive information. Authority and Accountability This position will report to the HR Compliance Director and has no direct reports.
