About The Position

Just Play is seeking a Human Resources Factory Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by managing on-site human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing support, employee relations and HR administration. To ensure success as a Human Resources Factory Coordinator the ideal candidate is approachable, organized, comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, and able to balance administrative responsibilities with direct employee interaction on the floor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or in a similar human resources support role.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with hourly workforces and staffing agencies strongly preferred.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedure, and employment practices.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Ability to travel between worksite locations in the greater Hollidaysburg, PA area

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ADP Work Force Now and/or Employee Navigator a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Hollidaysburg-area staffing needs, including temporary-to-hire positions in partnership with local staffing agencies and direct hire roles.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the new hire onboarding process in collaboration with the Factory General Manager and Human Resources Director.
  • Serve as the on-site HR contact for employees regarding attendance, timekeeping, PTO, policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
  • Review and submit timekeeping records to support accurate payroll processing.
  • Maintain training records and track employee participation in required and developmental training programs.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives and help foster positive employee relations within the facility.
  • Assist with investigations, documentation, and employee relations matters as needed.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with administrative and office management support as needed.
