About The Position

The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources function by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, day-to-day HR operations, benefits administration, employee relations, and company-wide activities. This role is ideal for an organized, people-focused professional who enjoys balancing administrative work with employee engagement and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
  • Knowledge of basic HR practices, employment laws, and benefits administration
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Hiring Support Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support hiring managers with interview scheduling and logistics
  • Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and system access
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees
  • Assist with offboarding processes, exit documentation, and exit interviews
  • HR Operations & Administration Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Support day-to-day HR inquiries from employees and managers
  • Benefits Administration Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and questions
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and support annual open enrollment
  • Maintain benefits documentation and records
  • Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Support HR leadership with employee relations matters and documentation
  • Help promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture
  • Company Activities & Engagement Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Help foster morale and team connection across the organization
