About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the organization. This position involves ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing employee relations, facilitating recruitment and onboarding, administering benefits, and supporting various HR initiative to promote a positive workplace culture. This is an onsite position in Carson, CA. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by: Recruitment: Conducting full-cycle recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Preparing onboarding materials, coordinating pre-employment screenings, and facilitating orientation activities  Benefits: Administering employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues. Employee/Labor Relations: Handling employee relations matters and providing guidance to managers on employee-related issues. Responding to and resolving employee concerns. Working closely with HR Manager to provide clear and concise communication of policies and procedures to ensure a customer driven environment.  Organizing employee engagement activities, conducting stay interviews, and promoting our culture of inclusion. Conducting internal investigations related to employee misconduct, harassment, or discrimination. Coordinating with legal counsel as necessary. Administration: Generating HR reports and metrics to support business decisions and track progress towards HR goals. Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Preparing and processing complex HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, terminations, and promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Management
  • 1- 3 years of relevant HR experience (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be a self-directed, hands-on solid HR Generalist
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management system
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing industry or warehouse experience (preferred)
  • Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
