Daily Wire is seeking an HR Generalist to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources function, with a focus on HR systems, employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and culture initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy professional who is passionate about creating a positive employee experience while maintaining accurate records, supporting internal processes, and upholding company policies and values in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of human resources or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure with sound judgment
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and conflict-management skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office/G Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Payroll processing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage HR systems and records, including HRIS (Rippling), personnel files, job descriptions, payroll processing, and timekeeping accuracy
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, offboarding, employee changes, employment verifications, and leave administration (FMLA, LOA, workers’ compensation)
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee review cycles
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and reporting requirements (ACA, EEO-1, 401(k), etc.) and support internal audits
  • Contribute to employee engagement, training, recognition programs, and company events
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
