Requirements

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
  • 2+ years of HR experience (manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment law
  • Confident communicator who can build trust across all levels
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, on-site role

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to supervisors and frontline employees
  • Handle employee concerns, coaching, and performance support
  • Administer benefits and answer HR-related questions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Play a key role in workplace safety programs and initiatives
  • Maintain an active presence on the production floor
