About The Position

Young & Franklin Tactair is seeking an HR intern. This is an on-site position
flexible to your academic commitments, with the goal of being as close to full
time as possible during the summer and part time during the academic year.

Requirements

• This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization.
• Active college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, leadership or a related field
• Strong listening, problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with basic project management, i.e. identifying project milestones, overcoming obstacles, and managing the project to conclusion
• Self starter

Responsibilities

• Assist with training administration using ADP’s Learning Management System (LMS)
• Assist with recruiting, contacting candidates, scheduling and following up with offers
• Conduct compensation structure benchmarking
• Audit employee files for required policy acknowledgements
• Assist with internal HR Audit
• Other Duties as assigned
