The Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) provides human resources support to field operations while partnering with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the implementation and execution of key company-wide HR initiatives. The Human Resources Manager provides proactive planning and day-to-day solutions, expert counsel, and accurate and timely HR information to the operational management team and employees. The HR Manager is accountable for carrying out the vision and mission of the Human Resources Department through interaction and teamwork while supporting the operational management team’s business plan.
