Responsibilities

  • Processing bi-weekly payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees using the ADP Workforce Now platform.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies as well as federal and state payroll laws and regulations.
  • Establish new state and local taxes as needed.
  • Working with managers to ensure employee work hours are submitted accurately.
  • Running reports and providing supporting documentation as requested by firm leadership, HR team members, and for external audits.
  • Reconciling and paying benefit invoices.
  • Assisting with new hire onboarding, including sending out pre-boarding communications, entering new hires into payroll system, and enrolling new hires in benefits.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks associated with employee terminations.
