About The Position

Your daily role: Manage weekly payroll for hourly employees, including reviewing timecards, reconciling time punches, and ensuring payroll accuracy while addressing attendance issues. Lead hourly recruiting and onboarding efforts, including interviewing candidates, coordinating background checks and drug screens, conducting orientations, and maintaining new hire documentation. Support employee relations and HR operations by maintaining HRIS records, assisting with performance management, leave administration, compliance reporting, and employee investigations. Promote a positive employee experience by organizing engagement events, supporting training and safety initiatives, participating in recruiting events, and partnering with supervisors on plant-floor HR support. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources and/ or payroll administration, with a diploma or certificate in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both management and hourly employees in a team- oriented environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR/ payroll systems

Nice To Haves

  • bilingual Spanish is a plus
