As a Human Resources Student (Intern) for Summer 2026 for PCL Industrial Services, Inc. in Chandler, Arizona, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across key HR functions—including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations—while contributing to projects that make a real impact.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with employees, applicants, and HR team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing documentation and HR processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HR systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting and onboarding activities, including posting jobs, screening applicants, interview coordination, and new-hire documentation.
• Assist with execution of HRPD programs, employee engagement activities, and district HR processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper organization.
• Support training, orientation, and development activities by preparing materials, scheduling sessions, and tracking completion.
• Provide general HR support including responding to basic inquiries, preparing reports, updating HR systems, and assisting with communications.
