About The Position

We are seeking a Summer Human Resources Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This program provides hands-on experience across key HR functions while offering exposure to how talent, culture, and people operations support our business and employees worldwide. Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to recruiting, employee engagement, learning and development, HR operations, and organizational strategy—while learning how HR initiatives impact business performance and shape a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 18 years old by the start of the program
  • Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Interest in employee experience, talent development, and workplace culture
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support HR initiatives through meaningful project work that contributes to employee engagement and organizational success
  • Assist with areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, learning & development, and HR analytics
  • Help maintain and organize HR data, documentation, and reporting while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support people-focused programs and initiatives
  • Partner with a dedicated mentor for guidance, feedback, and professional development
  • Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions focused on HR and business fundamentals
  • Build connections across the organization and present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program
  • Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a people-first mindset to collaborative team projects
