Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement. Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints and investigations. Represent the company for any unemployment claims. Facilitate and conduct training, including new hire orientation. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and assist with payroll duties to ensure data integrity and compliance. Process check requests, deposits, loan request forms, and cash advance forms. Interview and screen job applicants to fill job openings. Coach, counsel and guide managers before executing employee disciplinary actions. Prepare or maintain employment records such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. Perform additional duties as assigned.
