Requirements
- Candidate will work out of our Louisville, KY location
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Kentucky Journeyman License
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Must be available for occasional on call, OT, and weekends outside of usual schedule

Responsibilities
- Perform service/preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring on HVAC equipment and systems
- Customer-focused mindset; active listening, have attention to detail, and find solutions to best meet customer's needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Planning, organizing, problem analysis, and great judgement
- Team focused on achieving common goals
- Ability to continue to learn skills of the trade and keep current on industry trends
