About The Position
Residential HVAC Lead Installer Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Haley Mechanical is seeking self‑motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our growing Residential HVAC Technician team.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of residential HVAC lead installation experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Nice To Haves
- HVAC degree or equivalent experience (not required; nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment in accordance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installations
- Properly connect and test HVAC equipment
