Requirements
- 2+ years of residential electrical experience (Journeyman preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs daily.
- Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
- A positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of our hiring process (assessments, interviews, background check, drug screen)

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with accuracy and confidence.
- Perform high‑quality repairs that exceed NEC standards—no shortcuts, no compromises.
- Present homeowners with solutions, upgrades, and service recommendations that truly add value.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, installation, and parts teams to keep jobs moving.
- Deliver 5‑star service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
