Requirements

  • 2+ years of residential electrical experience (Journeyman preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs daily.
  • Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Successful completion of our hiring process (assessments, interviews, background check, drug screen)

  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with accuracy and confidence.
  • Perform high‑quality repairs that exceed NEC standards—no shortcuts, no compromises.
  • Present homeowners with solutions, upgrades, and service recommendations that truly add value.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, installation, and parts teams to keep jobs moving.
  • Deliver 5‑star service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
