Typical day includes: Running 2–3 quality sales calls per day Diagnosing heating, cooling, and air quality issues Designing comfort solutions that fit the home and budget Recommending additional upgrades when appropriate. You’ll also work closely with technicians for warm lead handoffs, which helps build trust and increase your close rate. What Success Looks Like: If these numbers excite you, you’ll do very well here.
